“The Moving Wall” is the half-size replica of the National Vietnam Veterans Memorial located in Washington, D. Like the National Memorial, “The Moving Wall” honors the men and women who served and died in the Vietnam War and those who were listed as missing in action.“The Moving Wall” was built by Vietnam Veteran volunteers and has been touring the country for thirty plus years. It also allows family members of those honored to remember their loved ones who gave their lives in service.

It was the intention of the volunteers to create a way for those who did not have the opportunity to visit the National Memorial in Washington, D. For five days from June 27th to July 1st, 2019 “The Moving Wall” will be on display in The Mill Walk Mall parking lot at 2601 Cantrell Road.
